Place was great. Check in was allowed early and check out was a breeze as well as making sure my security deposit was all set to be returned to my account. Very friendly staff and hassle-free

Got a room for the night. The solid construction of the building we didn't hear any thing and slept like a rock. Until the morning when before 10am the maid started hammering their fist on the door. From bed asleep screaming that we are here. The maid started to enter. We had to get up out of bed to bang on the door for her to understand to come back later. We would have stayed another night but after the rude awakening we decided to move on. Being half asleep packing our car i ended up leaving behind my suit. When I got home 500km away is when I realized my mistake. I called the office and explained my situation. Shortly after they called me back to tell me they have discovered the suit and it would be in the office for me to arrange someone to pick it up. Greatly appreciate the honesty and this earned a 4th star.
I’ve stayed here a few times without being disappointed. The last time I stayed I hadn’t booked but my bike broke down and so we asked if we could stay there. A room was cleaned for us right away as we were early. Very accommodating and friendly. Price is right and location is ideal. If in Valleyfield again this is where I’ll stay.
Our room newly renovated It was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had all new flooring, toilet and shower. The only thing the bathroom could use, is a shelf or small table to put your bathroom stuff on. The young man at the front desk was very friendly. We don't speak French but he was very patient and we made out ok. The location was very convenient close to hwy 30. Will definitely stay there again.
My husband stayed here on a work-related trip and found it very clean, comfortable and well-located for his needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When he left his toiletry bag with meds, etc., they arranged to have it returned. He also enjoyed the restaurant/bar on the property where he could watch the Jays' game:). He would stay here again.
Great experience staying at this motel. Sam is one of the best motel managers I've ever come across. We found ourselves stuck in a blizzard on our way back from Montreal and had to take refuge at this place. Our expectations were low but the place and the staff turned out to be amazing. The rooms were not only squeaky clean but also had all the essentials and in good condition. Cant talk high enough for this motel and Sam!
